Racism. It Stops with Me.
Cricket Australia works closely with the Australian Human Rights Commission to support and promote the The National Anti-Racism Strategy and the ‘Racism. It Stops with Me’ campaign. Michael Clarke, Peter Siddle and Commonwealth Bank Southern Star Jess Cameron have all signed on as ambassadors for the Racism. It Stops with me campaign appearing on posters and videos to take action against racism, in all its different forms, wherever we see or experience it. Know When to Declare.
The ‘Know When to Declare’ campaign was developed to drive clear standards in the responsible consumption and marketing of alcohol beverages. Cricket Australia works with its broadcast and commercial partners to produce broadcast and print campaigns to demonstrate the benefits of making the right decisions on and off the field and to remind young adults that they are ultimately responsible for their own actions.

Cricket Australia launched a pilot partnership with Redfrogs Australia in 2013 which involved Redfrogs volunteers offering water, icy poles and red frog lollies to fans at matches across the summer to complement the Know When to Declare responsible alcohol consumption campaign. Redfrogs Australia, a support program for young people, provides a positive peer presence in environments where young people gather, educates young people on safe partying behaviours, and promotes and provides diversionary activities that engage young people in these environments.
